How do I export my data?

Export your Persona anytime as plain text (.txt) for AI chatbots, or as JSON for a full data backup from Settings → Privacy & Data.

Log in to your Persona Builder account.

Navigate to Settings in the main menu.

Click Export as .txt to download your persona for pasting into ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools.

For a full backup, go to Privacy & Data → Download My Data to export as JSON.

What format should I use?

Use .txt for pasting into AI chatbots. Use JSON for a complete data backup you can restore later.

Can I export specific parts of my persona?

Currently, exports include your full persona. You can copy specific sections after exporting.
